*USA only* Order up to $20 and shipping is $7.95 Order $20 or more and shipping is $5.95We ship using USPS and FedEx. We choose the shipping method for our Flat Rate shipping.
Overnight shipping, 2 day and 3 day shipping options are available during checkout.
Most products are not in stock and can take up to 7 days before shipping.
Stocked products will be noted as such and ship within 2 business days of ordering. We will hold an order that has non-stocked products until the order is completed and ready to ship. If you need an in-stock product shipped quickly, please place an order for in-stock and order for nonstock.
Returns
We accept returns with an RMA number. To get your RMA number, please call us at 479-846-4700 or reply to the order receipt email for your order.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
Returned products must be in the same condition as we shipped it. Any protective paper or plastic must in intact and no damage to the items being returned.
If a product is received and it is incorrect or not what you ordered, you have 7 days from the date of receiving to let us know there is an issue with your order. We will replace or issue store credit (our choice) upon proof of incorrect product. We may request pictures or the order to be returned to us for proof.
